Is it safe for very young children?
Yes. The silicone mouthpiece is made from 100% food-grade, BPA-free silicone — completely safe for children from 2 years old. The ultra-soft bristles are gentle on developing gums and baby teeth.
Which size should i choose?
We offer two sizes: 2–6 years (smaller U-shape for baby teeth) and 6–12 years (larger for growing adult teeth). If your child is between ages, go with the larger size for a better fit.
How long does the battery last ?
The USB-rechargeable battery lasts approximately 30 days with twice-daily use on a single charge. Charging takes about 2 hours via the included USB cable.
Can i use with regular toothpast?
Yes — just use a pea-sized amount of any kids' toothpaste on the mouthpiece before use. We recommend fluoride toothpaste for children over 3, as advised by most UK dentists.
How do you clean the head?
Simply rinse the silicone mouthpiece under warm running water after each use. It can also be soaked in warm soapy water for a deeper clean. We recommend replacing the mouthpiece every 3 months.
